Economic Crisis Survival
Takes Special Planning

Surviving Economic Crisis has become a “must learn” technique.

It is a mistake to think that things will get better and return to the way they were. Those days are over. I urge people, especially the workers and the so-called “middle-class” to make changes and preparations so they can better weather the storms and enjoy any periods of fair economic weather.

The Basics – Cost of Living

Before hitting you with heavy punches, let’s start at something basic – the cost of living.

To bring it home to you, let’s talk about prices and what you pay for the things you need or want.

There has been a constant rise in prices throughout our lifetimes. That means that the price you paid for a new car in 1960 versus 1990 rose considerably.

Why does it take the incomes of both a husband and wife to pay for living expenses to raise a family today?

How do you “get ahead” financially under those conditions?

Now if prices dropped, could you afford that? Can you count on having a job if that is what you depend on for your income? If you have no money coming in, it doesn’t matter what the prices are if you still cannot afford them.

Economic Recession

Let’s take it up a notch.

What will happen to your job if the economy goes south?

Lots of people cannot handle a cutback in their working hours or a layoff. What happens if your employer goes out of business?

Most if not all workers in typical jobs cannot handle it if they lose their job.

And if you lose your job, how easy will it be for you to find another one that will at least pay as much as you were earning?

And that is just for openers. Recessions often have domino effect repercussions throughout the economy as one sector has impact on another.

An Economic Crisis

Those who have followed the news now realize what a financial crisis is. With this you move into “structural” failures in “the system.” This is a major level of economic crisis and even the affluent can feel the effects, but they generally have prepared themselves to better handle the situation.

The ordinary working person on the other hand, is completely vulnerable and at risk. They have put their faith into a system that in truth does not favor them.

The crisis should serve as a major warning. Those who expect things to return to the way they were before the crisis are living in denial of the reality that stares them in the face. “The system” is failing and changes to it will come.

Are You Financially Prepared?

This website has been addressing this matter before the big crisis came because individuals were already in a state of financial crisis.

You are in a financial crisis when you:

  • Are having a hard time paying your bills
  • Can’t handle the constant rise in prices
  • Can’t afford high gas prices
  • Are in a lot of debt
  • Rely solely on a fixed income
  • And more
  • Most people:

  • Are living from paycheck to paycheck
  • Are deep in debt
  • Have little to no savings
  • Won’t have any decent retirement
  • Cannot afford rising healthcare costs
  • And more problems
  • These challenges stem from the current system and economic conditions which change.

The real solutions comes down to:

  • Addressing your income needs
  • Being able to afford your life (i.e. living costs)
  • Reducing and eliminating debt
  • Being able to handle changing economic conditions
  • In order to do that you must make preparations, and frankly, most working people are not prepared. You must turn things around in your life so that your efforts work for you and not against you. You must prepare in order to handle financial or economic crisis.

If you have read any of my materials, you know that being able to afford your living costs is one of my major points. I became frustrated because of a chase to meet a constantly rising cost of living.

That frustration lead to self-study and research to answer WHY and what can be done?

What I learned is that there is actually logic behind making money. These principles and concepts are really a “science” and hence I aptly named the science about income, “Income Science.”

And to introduce others to the very basics of the “science” I have a useful resource that explains the problems related to income and expenses and provides solutions.

Understanding the “science” and then applying it correctly in order to maximize your income potential will make the difference. It will help lay the foundation you need in dealing with financial or economic crisis.
